The following table documents all new system messages defined by CreateAPage extension and is meant to help translators with the translation process.

The 'message' column refers to the appropriate MediaWiki message (such as MediaWiki:Createpage), 'default value' displays the default message (this is also shown in Special:AllMessages) and 'description' tells where the message is displayed and possibly some other useful things.

The message MediaWiki:Createplate-Blank, which should not be translated, hasn't been included in the table below.

Message Default value Description
createpage-edit-normal Advanced Edit Used in a button on Special:CreatePage. When the user presses this button, s/he'll be taken to the normal edit view from Special:CreatePage.
createpage-upload Upload image
createpage-hide Hide When the user presses "Hide" on Special:CreatePage, s/he can hide the list of available createplates.
createpage-show Show When the user presses "Show" on Special:CreatePage, s/he can show the previously hidden list of available createplates.
createpage Create a new article Title of Special:CreatePage, shown in Special:SpecialPages.
createpage-title Create a new article Title of Special:CreatePage, shown on Special:CreatePage.
createpage-title-additional You've followed a link to a page that doesn't exist yet. To create the page, start typing in the box below Like the core system message MediaWiki:Newarticletext.

createpage-template-infobox-format /\{\{[^\{\}]*Infobox.*\}\}/is Regex used to find out whether our template is an infobox or not. The only thing you should change here is the word "Infobox" to your language. The word may or may not need to be with an initial capital letter; this depends on your language's grammar rules. For example, in Finnish, the word is "tietolaatikko" and the initial letter isn't capitalized.
